BioBorn in Texas in the winter of 1986, the family of Stephen Heuser soon moved to Buffalo, NY. Too young to remember his life and times under the sunny skies of Dallas, TX, Stephen’s life was filled with biting winds, grey skies, and blizzards upon blizzards.
During his life, Stephen went through many ideas for his career after college, from grocery bagger at a local super market, to pastry chef. Finally, after a brief encounter with the editors at the Daily Bugle in New York City, he began to consider a career in journalism as his future. What finally convinced the budding reporter were recommendations from Ben Uric, a reporter at the Bugle, and Peter Parker, a freelance photographer.
From the fall of 2004 to the present, Stephen Heuser has had a spectacular run as a reporter for the campus paper, the Oswegonian, covering stories such as the Seagull riot of Oct. ’04, and the court case claming Super Man was using his X-Ray vision inappropriately. He has won multiple awards for his coverage on the Yeti escape during the blizzard in 2007, and the relocating of Atlantis to under Lake Ontario.
Currently, Stephen is sending his stories in from abroad from an undisclosed location, as he is instrumental in fighting off the hordes of the Red Court Vampires in Canada. However, it has been said he can be found wherever there is trouble to be uncovered, and that the keystrokes from his articles boom like the God-Hammer Mjolnir, with lightning curving against the sky.
During the summer he moonlights as the amazing masked vigilante and columnist, Typeface, as well as volunteering for Equal Rights for Undead Citizens.
Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? Stephen Heuser knows.
